About us

PaySociety (PS) is soon to incorporate, and will launch its own proprietary Global Payment Network & Associated Services. These new payment solutions will transform the daily payments, including shopping, restaurants, hotels, petrol stations, internet payments, payments for your business, sending funds overseas, by providing transactions which are secure, faster, and at lower cost. Following receipt of appropriate financial licenses, we anticipate a phased launch such that our Global Payment Network will enable associated services at phase 1 covering more than 30 countries, and with further phases reaching up to 70 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and manage the overall process for external and internal recruitment and selection;
  • be the driver of recruitment in the organization and be pivotal to our rapid expansion;
  • develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • conduct candidate sourcing, vetting and interviews;
  • responsible for recruitment and training budgets;
  • responsible to checks the references of new recruits and contractors;
  • responsible for an up-to-date employment contract administration;
  • assist in writing job descriptions to attract quality candidates;
  • bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
  • nurture a positive working environment;
  • oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
  • maintain the time management system as base of absence management;
  • ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven working experiences as International Recruitment Manager or HR Manager;
  • people oriented and results driven;
  • demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
  • knowledge of HR systems, ATS and databases;
  • affection with IT and software development is a plus;
  • ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
  • excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
  • competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • in-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices;
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • be able to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional environment;
  • be a self-starter.
